01 Pump Removal & Tagging

The pump is carefully removed from the engine with timing marks noted and all connections catalogued for precise reinstallation.

02 External Cleaning & Inspection

Complete external degreasing and inspection for cracks, shaft play, seal leaks, and mounting surface damage.

03 Disassembly & Component Check

Full disassembly, cleaning of all internal components, and replacement of worn seals, O-rings, and gaskets with genuine Bosch parts.

04 EPS-600 Calibration

The pump is mounted on the Bosch EPS-600 bench and runs through complete speed/load mapping, delivery volume, timing, and governor cut-off verified against Bosch curves.

05 Reassembly & Sealing

The calibrated pump is reassembled with new Bosch seals, torqued to factory specifications, and prepared for installation.

06 Post-Installation Check

After reinstallation, we verify base timing, check for leaks, and confirm smooth engine operation across the RPM range.
