Repairing

Modern diesel engines are sophisticated electromechanical systems. The complexity runs from the ECU control of the injection timing to the engine CAN bus wiring, making up a number of potential failure points for your electrical system. We can diagnose and repair starter, alternator, glow plug circuit, wiring harness, and ECU-related malfunctions on any diesel engine.

Service Overview

Spark for

your diesel.

Modern diesel engines are complex systems in which electronics are as important as mechanics: injection timing is controlled electronically, glow plugs require diagnostic checking, CAN bus wiring connects various components, and many other features. Auto electricians perform diagnostics and repairs of starting and charging systems, glow plug circuits, wiring, sensors, and the ECU for commercial and farm vehicles.

Warning Signs

When spray

holes clog.

Modern diesel nozzles have a number of tiny holes (5-8), each smaller than a hair, to create a fine spray of diesel. Clogged nozzles mean that the fine spray is lost. The answer is to use an ultrasonic cleaner to clean the nozzles.

Exhaust sounds louder than normal, deep rumbling or roaring from underneath the vehicle.

Reduced fuel efficiency, engine working harder to push exhaust through a clogged silencer.

Exhaust manifold area running hotter than normal, restricted flow causing heat buildup.

Black soot visible around exhaust joints or tailpipe, sign of internal carbon blockage.

Unusual vibrations felt through the cabin, especially during idling or low-speed driving.

DPF warning light on dashboard (for vehicles equipped with diesel particulate filters).

Zero carbon.

Guaranteed.

What You Get

Restored exhaust flow and reduced backpressure.

Noticeable improvement in fuel economy.

Reduced exhaust noise and vibration.

Extended pump life through proper governor adjustment.

Printed calibration certificate with Bosch reference curves.

Our Process

Step by step,

done right.

01

Pump Removal & Tagging

The pump was carefully removed from the engine with timing marks noted and all connections catalogued for precise reinstallation.

02

External Cleaning & Inspection

Complete external degreasing and inspection for cracks, shaft play, seal leaks, and mounting surface damage.

03

Disassembly & Component Check

Full disassembly, cleaning of all internal components, and replacement of worn seals, O-rings, and gaskets with genuine Bosch parts.

04

Bosch EPS 100 – Mechanical Diesel Injector Tester

The Bosch EPS 100 is not a diesel injection pump test bench. It is a Nozzle Holder / Mechanical Diesel Injector Tester specifically designed for the inspection, testing, and adjustment of conventional mechanical diesel injectors.

05

Reassembly & Sealing

The calibrated pump is reassembled with new Bosch seals, torqued to factory specifications, and prepared for installation.

06

Post-Installation Check

After reinstallation, we verify base timing, check for leaks, and confirm smooth engine operation across the RPM range.
