The DCI-200 is a common rail diesel injector test bench produced by Bosch. It is regarded as our company’s flagship equipment, and it has been the choice of local farmers and commercial truck owners for decades. Every Diesel Common Injector that has been tested and adjusted on our DCI-200 machine has met the factory specifications required by Bosch, which means achieving the max. possible fuel precision and engine performance.

Our Process
How we calibrate
on the DCI-200.
Every Injector goes through the same 6-step process, from start to finish. No corners are cut, and every step is completed.

Initial Inspection
A visual inspection and initial tests of the injector’s condition are performed.

Ultrasonic Cleaning
Injectors are placed in an ultrasonic bath to clean away any carbon buildup or deposits from the exterior.

Mounting the Injector
The injector is mounted on the DCI-200 test bench with a specific Bosch-specified adaptor appropriate for your injector.

Injector Tests
Tests are performed at idle, part-load, full-load, and pre-injection to measure delivery, back-leakage, and response characteristics.

Calibration
The injector is calibrated manually and electronically to bring it within the tolerances found by the Bosch factory.
06
Final Test and Report
The injector is tested again for the final time to show that it meets the required Bosch OEM standards. A print-out of the results is also available.
