The Bosch EPS-100 service station is the universal test bench for line and rotary diesel injection pumps. This device is designed to adjust the pumps working on large commercial vehicles and agricultural equipment according to the factory settings of Bosch. The EPS-100 service station ensures high precision of all adjustments in complete copies of the factory adjustment curves so that the bus or tractor will work perfectly after the procedure.

External inspection, shaft play check, seal check, and preliminary rotation test.

Disassembly & Cleaning
Complete disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning of all parts, plus replacement of seals and gaskets.

Bench Mounting
Mounting on the EPS-100 test stand with Bosch-specified couplings and fuel lines.

Calibration Run
Full speed/load curve mapping against Bosch factory specs – fuel quantity, timing, and governing functions.

Fine Adjustment
Adjusting mechanical governors and timing to achieve Bosch-specified delivery curves across the torque range.

Final Test & Report
Final performance verification with a printed calibration certificate showing all parameters compared to Bosch specifications.
