Precision diesel injector calibration is the foundation of our Jyoti Diesel service. We use our Bosch DCI-200 machine to test and calibrate every injector we service to specification, measuring things like quantity, geometry, back-leakage and response throughout the operating range. Whether you own a commercial pick-up, a heavy-duty hauler, or a family SUV, we will make sure your diesel injectors are precisely calibrated to Bosch standards.

Injector Removal & Inspection

We carefully remove injectors from your engine, catalog each one by cylinder position, and perform an initial visual assessment.

Ultrasonic Pre-Cleaning

Injectors go through our ultrasonic cleaning bath to remove external carbon deposits and contaminants.

DCI-200 Test Bench Setup

Each injector is mounted on the Bosch DCI-200 using model-specific Bosch adaptors for proper sealing and electrical connection.

Multi-Phase Testing

Injectors are tested at idle, part-load, full-load, and pre-injection phases. We measure delivery quantity, back-leakage rate, and solenoid/piezo response time.

Micron-Level Calibration

Injectors failing any parameter receive mechanical shim adjustment and/or IMA coding correction to bring them within Bosch factory tolerance bands.

Final Verification & Report

Every injector passes a final verification run before we issue a printed calibration report showing all measured values against Bosch specifications.

EPS-600 Service

Inline and rotary diesel injection pump calibration on the Bosch EPS-600 bank. All pumps are tested on factory spec curves before returning to you.

Silencer Cleaning

Complete removal and cleaning of your silencer and exhaust system. We remove built-up carbon deposits and any restrictions in the exhaust system to restore the correct backpressure.

Nozzle Cleaning & Testing

Cleaning nozzles in an ultrasonic bath and testing the spray pattern to ensure they are within factory specifications. We clean and test your nozzles before fitting to make sure you get the correct performance.
